Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR/Full Cycle AE role for a start-up, preferably in SaaS. Enterprise sales experience is a plus
- Track record securing a high number of new business meetings each month via cold outreach
- Capable of building and executing outbound campaigns
- Comfortable cold calling
- Curious about blockchain, crypto, NFT, and the web3 industry, experience in Web3 space is plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and global start-up environment
- Process-oriented and data-driven with experience working with sales tech stack (Hubspot, Apollo, etc.)
- Technical background would be a plus
What the job involves
- Prospect aggressively (inbound and outbound) using various channels
- MQLs should be called at least three times the day they convert
- Sequence tasks must not be completed on time with no delay
- All outbound leads with supported phone numbers must be called
- External resources to get prospect data
- Build target lists and plan campaigns effectively for new business and partnerships (50 emails sent per day minimum)
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and secure meetings with AE to help build new pipeline
- Be the voice and face of Tatum to educate prospects on our offerings

Tatum addresses the complexities of developing blockchain applications, and provides a platform which simplifies and accelerates their development.
Tatum was founded in 2018 to support companies with little or no blockchain expertise to build applications quicker. Its platform cuts down development by huge amounts of time through a comprehensive suite including an API with unified commands, a unified Javascript SDK, a command line interface for blockchain interaction, and more. The company boasts being the first to tackle head-on the simplification of access to the notoriously complex field of Web 3.0 development.
Tatum’s customer base is already extensive, and is growing at impressive rates. Funding secured by the company will allow it to expand global reach by investing in marketing, education, and community building.
