Role
Who you are
- A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
- Experienced in direct, outbound sales with a focus on short sales cycles and closing deals
- Proficient in using and optimizing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales software tools
- Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for growing businesses
- Familiar working in the SME sector, manufacturing space, or with hardware solutions is a plus
- A collaborative team player who excels in both autonomous work and team-driven success

- Sensorfact needs a visionary Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team and expand our presence in the DACH region
- As the Regional Sales Director at Sensorfact, you will drive our growth in the DACH market by expanding our client portfolio and increasing revenue
- Leading a high-performing sales team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of the business, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable and successful sales organization
- You will lead your team to achieve growth targets, build lasting client relationships, and capitalize on new business opportunities
- You'll develop and execute the sales strategy for our solution, ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets
- Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs
- Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success
