Who you are
- A proven track record to translate complex financial reports into business relevant presentations for senior colleagues
- A strategic problem solver who can understand the broader issues impacting Aviva Investors its stakeholders and the wider market
- An outstanding influencer who can use strong interpersonal skills to build empathy and understanding with many and varied stakeholders
- Degree, or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of intellectual rigor
- Excellent communication skills including proposal / presentation development and delivery and meeting facilitation
What the job involves
- You’ll report directly to the newly appointed Executive Director within Global Client Solutions. You’ll work with and support all teams within Global Client Solutions
- As part of your role, you’ll forge positive relationships with the wider team across Aviva Investors
- This role will require you to support the business head’s strategic goals to be a global, profitable, and focussed business
- You’ll support with defining our distribution strategy and objectives and being a trusted adviser
- The successful candidate will be working in partnership with sales heads and teams to define key priorities within the business and strategic business planning
- You will play a key role in collaborating with teams across GCS to implement and supervise sales management processes and track product feasibility and commerciality of new product launches
- In addition to this you will also work with relevant stakeholders to monitor devise and implement the 3-year distribution plan and monitor progress monthly

In the wake of a Pensions Dashboard Programme delay in the UK, Aviva is in the running to take over the programme thanks to its pre-existing private systems. This exemplifies Aviva’s renewed focus on the fintech sector, all whilst playing national analyst during the cost of living crisis thanks to its annual Age of Ambiguity study.
