Role
Who you are
- Have 2+ years experience leading technical post-sales teams (e.g. Solutions Architects, Implementation Engineers, Sales Engineers) in SaaS or platform environments
- Bring strong technical fluency in front-end web development, modern web infrastructure, and customer adoption strategies for enterprise-scale platforms
- Are passionate about coaching — you invest in your team’s growth, give clear and constructive feedback, and create space for others to thrive
- Can confidently flex between strategic leadership, technical architecture discussions, and tactical problem-solving when your team needs support
- Communicate clearly and adaptively across a variety of stakeholders — from executive sponsors to IC engineers — to align and accelerate
- Know how to focus a team: you drive clarity, set quality bars, and ensure priorities ladder up to broader business outcomes
- Lead with humility, self-awareness, and empathy — you value team success over personal credit and you create psychological safety by default
- Have hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) with platforms like Webflow, CMS systems, APIs, experimentation tools, or personalization frameworks
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Manager, Solutions Architects to help customers build, launch, and grow with Webflow by providing technical guidance, best practices, and solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, technical needs, Webflow’s product, and trends in the industry
- You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to uncover and unblock opportunities that allow customers to maximize their business value from Webflow, driving product and feature adoption and influencing product direction on their behalf
- With your technical expertise and industry knowledge you'll be able to help customers build with best practices in mind ensuring they'll build in a scalable manner and be able to grow in Webflow for years to come

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects who help customers adopt and scale with Webflow through technical partnership and strategic guidance
- Drive engagement across the post-sales journey by evolving our implementation guidance, launch motions, and customer enablement processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify friction points, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate product adoption
- Build scalable systems and repeatable playbooks that increase the team’s effectiveness and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class technical guidance
- Step into high-stakes customer conversations and escalations as needed — not to take over, but to model great execution, provide support, and unblock your team
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture centered on feedback, growth, inclusion, and customer obsession
- Shape the future of Webflow’s post-sales technical motion by hiring exceptional talent, refining operating models, and championing quality across every touchpoint
- Coach Solutions Architects on how to engage effectively in complex pre-sales opportunities — helping them navigate technical discovery, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver strategic guidance with clarity and confidence
- Enable your team to lead strategic customer workshops and discovery sessions that accelerate solution validation, reduce risk, and build long-term trust in Webflow’s capabilities
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
