Who you are
- We are looking for a versatile Partner Sales person (m/w/d) with a great track record of working with sales partners of a SaaS company
- You have a successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification
- You have 2+ years of experience in partner management in a similar field
- You have experience in building indirect channels
- You have strong skills in selling an innovative product in a future-oriented industry
- You have a structured and independent way of working as well as planning and organisational skills
- You can work effectively and across teams and enjoy what you do
- You speak and write English fluently
Desirable
- Fluency in Japanese would be a very strong plus
- You have a passion for technology and data protection
- You ideally have some experience in software/SaaS sales or business development in the area of image and video processing, analysis, labelling, etc
What the job involves
- As a Partner Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building a new channel, from setting up the strategy to managing the sales and cooperation partners. You will have the opportunity to develop the channel yourself and, if successful, to recruit and manage your own team
- You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to fully understand their business, solutions and technical requirements
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive client and territory plan that supports multiple client teams and/or specific assigned partners to drive the achievement of revenue and profit targets
- You will be responsible for the overall channel strategy and commercial agreement and contract design and negotiation between partners
- You are responsible for partner onboarding and offboarding, in addition to being accountable for sales
- You work closely with the marketing team to create the marketing plan
- You build long-term strategic relationships with key strategic partners and continuously look for opportunities to add value to our partners
- You will work closely with partners and support them with any concerns they may have
- You will also ensure customer and partner satisfaction and understand the current and future needs of our partners
Our take
A constant point of friction within the data collation and facial recognition AI marketplace is the problem of anonymity and privacy. From traffic cameras and driver assistance to mobile apps that use facial recognition, the privacy of the customer has often been a sticking point for privacy advocates. Brighter AI addresses these issues with its anonymisation software, redacting identifying features from individuals who’s identity have been recorded for video analysis.
With Armilar Venture Partners at the helm, Brighter AI has been scaling vertically in line with emerging industries that would benefit from its software. These burgeoning industries that will aid Brighter AI in its own expansion include the use of AI in public transport systems and healthcare, both of which implement visual data to improve machine learning within their sectors.
