• Maintaining the day-to-day operations of our London office, including managing mail, keeping the kitchen and office areas organized, and ensuring supplies are stocked
• Partnering with our Workplace and Leadership Teams to support ad-hoc tasks, events, and company-wide initiatives
• Building relationships with vendors (e.g., janitorial services, parking, and property management) and ensuring service standards are met
• Coordinating logistics for regular in-office events, making them seamless and enjoyable for all
