Account Manager, Tandem

• Can work under pressure in a target driven environment, with the capacity to prioritise tasks
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Can research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment
• Can have flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries
• Can present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types

Desirable

• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
• The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers
• To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to used car dealers and brokers
• To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies
• You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals who come together to achieve common goals
• Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area
• Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets
• Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers
• Offering excellent customer service
• Being an active team player
• Achieving business targets and personal objectives
• Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff)
