Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, Packback

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or digital marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong experience with HubSpot; experience with Salesforce a plus
• Excellent project management skills — organized, thorough, and proactive
• Comfortable with UTM strategy, marketing attribution, and lead lifecycle tracking
• Data-literate: you know how to use dashboards or build reports to help teams make smarter decisions
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset — you work well with marketers, designers, and sales teams
• Excited to build and improve — not just maintain

• We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Lead to help build, optimize, and scale our marketing engine. In this role, you’ll own the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure that power our demand generation, email, and web marketing efforts
• You won’t manage people, but you’ll be the go-to partner for marketing leadership — making sure we can move fast, track what matters, and grow efficiently
• You’ll be a great fit if you thrive on cross-functional collaboration, know how to turn messy data into clean insights, and genuinely enjoy improving the way marketing works
• Own our marketing tech stack — including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and any tools that support lead capture, segmentation, email, web, and campaign performance
• Partner closely with marketing, sales, and revops to ensure smooth handoffs and reliable attribution
• Manage campaign operations (emails, workflows, lead scoring, forms, landing pages) and ensure systems are firing correctly
• Maintain and improve our tracking infrastructure (UTMs, tagging, attribution, GA4, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build dashboards and reports that inform strategy and track performance
• Help implement A/B tests and personalization strategies across digital channels
• Proactively identify process gaps, technical issues, or scalability challenges — and drive solutions
