Role
Who you are
- Experienced: You have at least 5 years of marketing experience, inclusive of launching and optimizing marketing campaigns across numerous channels. You have tradeshow or relevant large-scale event experience inclusive of collaborating with in-house teams and external vendors to execute and ensure a strong return on investment
- Builder: You have experience building and launching marketing campaigns for new brands in the hyper-growth stage and are comfortable translating brand guidelines into marketing collateral
- Digital: You are a savvy digital marketer who is comfortable with a variety of marketing tools, platforms, and analytics providers, including: Figma, Webflow, eCRM and Marketing Tools, Salesforce, Social Media Platforms, and Performance and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Mixpanel, etc)
- Hungry: You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to rapidly accelerate your growth
What the job involves
- The Marketing Manager role is a "Swiss army knife" who will support marketing efforts cross-functionally, including the direct-to-consumer, partnerships, and independent agent channels
- Bring our brand stories to life across owned and earned channels through strategic PR, content amplification, and brand building efforts
- Flawlessly execute complex cross-channel marketing campaigns, provide strategic optimization insights, and provide clear marketing guidance and execution support for internal stakeholders
- Manage a thumb-stopping social media calendar and collaborate with our roster of high-caliber content creators and partners to bring Steadily’s brand to life through engaging content
- Work with our Principal Designer to produce eye-catching marketing collateral across print, digital, social, video and events
- Create and optimize engaging landing pages to support cross-channel campaigns and initiatives
- Engage and grow our community by running effective customer lifecycle marketing programs that our audience will be excited to receive and delighted to engage with
- Build excitement about the Steadily employee brand to drive talent recruitment and retention
- Manage our trade shows program by traveling out to big real estate conferences, designing the booth and brand experience, and meeting a few hundred people in a weekend
