Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years managing PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn essential)
- B2B SaaS or developer tools experience
- Proven experience owning budgets and optimizing campaigns
- Experience with landing page creation and optimization
- Ability to write strong ad copy for technical audiences
- Understanding of attribution, UTMs, GA4, CRM integrations
Desirable
- Some experience with developer tools
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a performance marketing specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, driving qualified pipeline through continuous optimization and experimentation. Around 70% of the role focuses on paid ads, with the remaining 30% supporting broader marketing initiatives such as landing pages, content promotion, and website improvements with our Head of Marketing The marketing team is brand new (we're shipping a new website and identity shortly) so this is a great opportunity to help us shape the foundations.
