• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role supporting diverse teams
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment during a time of transformation
• Experience supporting data-driven teams
• Experience owning the delivery of HR initiatives, including performance management, employee development, and engagement programs
• Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
