Who you are
- Product Project Management: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner in HR tech, payroll, or payment/fintech products. Your background in these industries will be a valuable asset in this role
- Developer Interaction: Previous experience working directly with 3rd party developers, facilitating daily standup meetings, and translating technical requirements into actionable tasks
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for documenting requirements and collaborating with diverse teams
- Location: Ideally based in Chicago, IL, where our headquarters is located. However, we are open to considering candidates across North and South America working fully remotely, who meet the qualifications
What the job involves
- As a Product Project Manager at our client's organization, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and enhancement, of a groundbreaking software solution that revolutionizes global workforce management
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry
- Collaboration: Work directly with 3rd party developers to bring our cutting-edge software solution, to life. Collaborate on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Requirement Definition: You will be the driving force behind defining and documenting project requirements. Your meticulous attention to detail will help guide the development process
- Relationship Ownership: Take ownership of the relationship with the provider, nurturing a strong and productive partnership that fosters innovation and timely project delivery

In an industry dominated by traditional recruiting agencies, Workfully looks to stand out by supplying a decentralised recruitment and upskilling marketplace. The idea is to enable recruiters to act as their own agency, tailoring the recruitment process so they can attract, hire, train and coach the talent they specifically need.
Workfully provides two products, "Hiring" and "HireSkilling". The Hiring service depends upon the company's network of Talent Partners and can be deployed in-house or externally, or clients can opt for the "Executive" version, designed to help bolster their C-suite. HireSkilling, meanwhile, allows users to seamlessly hire and upskill talent in one program, essentially creating the talent they need and may have been struggling to source.
Having secured a promising 4 million euro round of funding in 2025, Workfully is looking to expand its reach to Ireland, Germany, Benelux and the Nordic regions. It will also accelerate the building of its AI-powered recruiter monetisation platform. With the recruiting service industry worth around $700 billion and ripe for innovation, there is certainly an opportunity for the company to find success.
