Who you are
- 4+ years of previous financial industry experience; specifically in Mortgages
- 4+ years of product management experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance
- Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment. The innovation delivered has had a measurable impact on end users
- Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives
- Experience being involved conducting customer interviews
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
- Travel Requirements - 10%
- Bachelor’s degree in related field

- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap and ultimate success of the features you manage
- Being part of the product team means working collaboratively with developers and other key stakeholders to take the right ideas from concept to final delivery and adoption in the market

- Lead the strategy, development and management of our product features
- Own the roadmap and identify the highest priority of problems to solve for your scrum team
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning to tactical activities
- Specify market requirements for current and future features by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers and non-customers
- Drive the product road map to meet business objectives & goals
- Collaborate closely with development teams to evaluate and iterate on ideas and designs
- Represent the product vision for your feature/features in planning sessions with design and engineering
- Be involved in key milestones and a major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demo's
- Drive cross functional development, managing stakeholders accordingly and soliciting requirements to ensure product solutions meet client and organisational needs
