Business Development Representative, Topsort

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role — ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• You've done real outbound at scale — sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting — and you have the results to show for it
• You're a sharp communicator — written and verbal — who can adapt your style to different buyers and contexts
• You thrive in ambiguity. Fast-moving environments don't stress you out; they energize you
• You're resilient. Rejection is data, not defeat
• You have genuine commercial intuition — you think about why businesses buy, not just how to sell
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience — you understand why process matters
• Location: Hybrid, Boston based. Travel required for events and field activations

• Pipeline Creation: Drive outbound pipeline through relentless, multi-channel prospecting — Hubspot email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and everything in between
• Strategic Research: Go deep on target accounts — understand their business models, pain points, and buying signals before you ever reach out
