Who you are
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, internal strategy, program management, or sales operations
- 3+ years experience developing strategy and programs to achieve business outcomes and develop successful teams
- 3+ years experience with data analysis to inform and drive strategic business decisions
- Experience in business application software and SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- High emotional intelligence and ability to bring point of view forward in a multi-layered way to influence
- Practical, hands-on approach and a “make it happen” demeanor
- Adaptable and able to shift gears comfortably as business needs evolve
- Proven understanding of sales strategy and operations

- The Global Field Programs team provides outstanding, thoughtful, and impactful program management and change management for Workday Sales and Field Operations

The company uses a single database for workforce management and financial management to offer integration and optimize business intelligence across companies. It has added to the packages and tools it offers over the years, providing analytic options that allow companies to combine third-party data with information collected by Workday.
