Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or channel sales in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to build and grow relationships with senior decision makers and partner stakeholders
- Skilled in designing and executing partner programs, incentives, and enablement strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and build trust with diverse audiences
- Data-driven with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excited by travel (up to 50–60%) to strengthen relationships and represent Bevi nationwide

What the job involves
- We are looking for a National Partnership Manager to join our team
- In this role, you’ll own strategic relationships with our corporate partners, building, strengthening, and reviving partnerships that are critical to Bevi’s growth
- You’ll ensure partners are successful from onboarding to activation, and help scale programs and incentives that drive long-term impact
- Lead key HQ, regional, branch, and franchise communications with national accounts
- Onboard and activate new partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed
- Drive growth and accountability by managing partner programs, incentives, and performance against agreed goals
- Revive and strengthen underperforming partners through proactive support, business reviews, and tailored strategies
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, brand standards, and operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to build scalable tools and minimize channel conflict
- Represent Bevi at key industry events, conferences, and partner summits
- Track and report on partner performance using Salesforce and other systems, using data to inform decisions
Our take
Americans buy billions of water bottles per year, the manufacture of which uses millions of barrels of crude oil. This alone causes significant damage to the environment, before even considering the carbon impact of delivery or the plastic waste produced. Bevi hopes to change this, with its smart beverage-dispensing machine that only requires a tap water source to function.
Bevi’s dispensers allow users to customize their drinks, check nutrition information and track the environmental impact of their usage. With the ability to carbonate beverages as well as flavor them with natural essences, and even some caffeine and electrolytes if one wishes, Bevi has created a versatile hydration system that caters to the modern consumer on both eco-conscious and personal taste levels.
This simple and effective hydration system has become popular across industries, with over 4000 companies including Volkswagen, Netflix and Google making use of Bevi machines. The company, though having to fight through some self-admittedly "frightening" times, has raised significant funding that will support its rapid growth and expansion into new verticals and products.
