Who you are

We expect you to have a strong background in software engineering and infrastructure
In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills
5+ years of software engineering experience
Experience working in developer acceleration and infrastructure-related areas such as system engineering, CI/CD tooling
Experience in building high-load and large scale distributed systems
Write code in a server-side programming language using an industry-adopted framework (Java/Spring preferred, but C#, Python/Django, Node/Express, Ruby/Rails, etc also possible)
Good knowledge of k8s, microservice concepts, service-to-service interaction at scale
Familiar with GitOps and related CI/CD toolset

What the job involves

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust CI/CD infrastructure and creating tools that improve the developer experience overall in Miro
You will be expected to work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into effective technical solutions
Enable a robust, secure and efficient CI/CD platform for 700+ Miro engineers
Reduce build times and improve developer experience
Ensure best practices and high operational efficiency for the CI/CD infrastructure
Provide outstanding solutions and educate Miro engineers on the efficient and reliable delivery practices
Consolidate various CI/CD tooling and provide standardized, scalable solutions for Miro teams
