Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Designer, with an amazing portfolio detailing your skills clearly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong command of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Presentation (PPT) Design: Create visually appealing presentations, slide decks, and other multimedia materials for internal and external use.
- Motion Design: Be proficient in After Effects and Premiere and create captivating motion graphics and animations to enhance the brand's digital presence.
- Web design / Figma: Create user-friendly and visually appealing website designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- 3D Design: Proficiency in creating 3D designs and visualizations using software such as Blender, as a 3D Generalist.
- Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Print and Digital Design: Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What the job involves
- You will be part of our Marketing team and contribute to growing our brand awareness and lead generation
- You will work in a dynamic and ambitious team and collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to elevate 4.screen to the next level
- Developing creative and innovative design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives, while focusing on the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative design concepts
- Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and directly with our Senior members to create compelling visual assets for various projects, including presentations, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and landing pages
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporating them into your work to maintain a fresh and modern visual style
- Taking ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process, while paying attention to detail and being open to listening to feedback and incorporating it into the design iterations
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of the brand across all design projects
Our take
4screen is developing technology for driver interactions, with the aim of connecting drivers with businesses. Through 4screen's Mobility Experience Cloud (MXC), drivers are provided with in-car recommendations, better on-screen content, and access to exclusive offers.
Launched in 2020, 4screen's solution is being utilised by several leading European automakers, including Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Skoda, with millions of road users benefiting from its technology. It also has over 60 customers pushing their wares via the platform, including McDonald's and Shell.
The company recently secured a new partnership with Nissan to integrate real-time, location-based services into vehicles across Europe from 2026. Allowing context-aware recommendations, such as nearby stops triggered by low fuel or driver fatigue, delivered seamlessly through native in-car systems, as 4screen continues to scale its vision of more intuitive and meaningful driver interactions globally.
