Senior Director of Content Strategy, Forge

• 10+ years of experience leading content production/management in high growth companies (FinTech or Financial Services startups or regulated industries preferred)
• Experience building overall content strategy programs which are supported by individual content pieces
• Deep understanding of how to measure content's impact and connect it to business outcomes
• Expertise in financial markets, products, and services
• Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects to deadlines on time
• Exceptional writing skills
• Proficiency in diverse content formats such as written, video, sales materials, and online events is essential, guided by performance metrics for continuous optimization
• Deep financial market expertise is crucial to communicate private market dynamics effectively to a wide audience, while the ability to innovate, synthesize complex requests, and lead asset creation across multiple media platforms is key

• This pivotal role demands a visionary adept at formulating an encompassing content strategy while excelling in financial content creation
• The Senior Director will orchestrate content programs across various customer segments and distribution channels, driving execution through internal and external teams, and personally crafting content
• Design and own the content strategy and editorial calendar that delivers world class content across all formats and channels to Forge’s audience of financial institutions, individual investors, private tech company leaders, and employees
• Drive new content creation through the origination of new reports, materials, and assets across short and long form content, advertising, video assets, sales materials, emails and print collateral. Determine which materials are yours to write and which need to be freelanced by building a team of freelance writers
• Lead content projects cross-functionally, partnering with teams in data analysis, production, design, and channel distribution
• Scale content as a capability: Establish quarterly goals and calendars; set and operationalize metrics we use to evaluate our investments; scale the resourcing model across internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners; develop ways of partnering cross-functionally within Forge to drive business goals
