Who you are

Bay Area based, required to be in the San Francisco office three days per week
5+ years of SaaS-specific sales experience
1+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience
Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex sales cycles
Track record of developing sales, business, and vertical market plans
Demonstrated success in growing a team to produce revenue and exceed quota
Proficient in managing processes for recognizing, qualifying, and closing business

What the job involves

As the Director of Commercial Sales (West) at WalkMe, you will play a crucial role in closing new logos, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
Reporting directly to the RVP, Commercial Sales, you will lead a team of 5-6 Account Executives, contributing to the success of WalkMe by supporting a diverse team of high-performing AEs
Lead sales growth plans and initiatives for the Commercial Sales team in the Western region
Manage a team of 5-6 Account Executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and team success
Foster working relationships with direct and indirect sales channels, marketing, partners, customer success, sales engineering, and business development (outbound) teams
Create and articulate a strategic vision for the regional sales organization, developing a roadmap to achieve performance metrics
Collaborate with Recruiting to grow and diversify the team, ensuring a strong bench of talent
Provide focused mentoring to enhance individual skills and drive sales success
Report on key metrics to measure the performance of sales activities
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to leadership
Contribute to the development of sales proposals, configurations, and pricing strategies to attract new clients to WalkMe
