Role
Who you are
- MarTech experience: Proven track record building or scaling marketing platforms, either in-house or via integration with third-party tools
- Product ownership: End-to-end experience in building customer-facing and internal tools, ideally within fast-moving e-commerce or growth environments
- Strong discovery skills: Experience in dual-track agile with deep collaboration between engineering, marketing, and analytics
- Growth mindset: You think in experiments, not features
- Business acumen: Understand the KPIs that matter to performance marketing and CRM teams
- Fluent in data: Can work comfortably with dashboards, SQL (a plus), and collaborate tightly with analysts
- Cross-functional influence: Skilled at aligning multiple teams around shared goals and priorities
- Technical fluency: Capable of writing clear technical requirements and navigating integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
What the job involves
- As Product Manager for MarTech, you’ll own the product strategy and execution for our marketing technology stack. Your mission is to solutions that unlock growth, enable real-time decision-making, and drive marketing efficiency across all marketing channels. Marketing teams at Emma have scaled rapidly across channels and are a cornerstone of Emma’s success. This growth requires a robust technological foundation to power automation, personalization, measurement and superior decision making – at speed and scale
- You’ll work on a cross-functional squad and together with Performance Marketing, CRM, Influencer, and Brand & Communications teams to bring Emma’s growth and business to the next level
- Owning the MarTech roadmap: Define and execute the product vision across campaign management tools, tracking infrastructure, data integrations, and automation capabilities
- Optimize marketing performance: Work closely with marketing teams to uncover operational bottlenecks and drive tooling that enhances speed, accuracy, and scale
- Prioritize for impact:Identify high-leverage opportunities and balance quick wins with long-term architecture bets
- Connect marketing and tech: Be the translator between marketers and engineers—ensuring delivery meets business needs and tech constraints
- Lead discovery: Partner with marketing leads, analysts, and engineers to uncover real user needs and validate solutions
- Enable automation: Scale CRM campaigns, paid media workflows, and influencer activations through smarter tools and integrations
- Drive measurement: Support accurate attribution, budget tracking, and campaign analytics across platforms and funnels
- Champion data-driven marketing: Ensure actionable data flows between systems to power segmentation, targeting, and optimization

Emma makes mattresses, bed frames and other sleep accessories that can be delivered right to your door. The company was started in Frankfurt in 2013 at the beginning of a wave of similar companies emerging around Europe. It has since grown to operate in over 30 countries, and has become the world's most international direct to customer sleep brand.
The company owes this to its 'omnichannel strategy', selling both online and in store via retail partnerships, and it produces mattresses locally in each economy. With the launch of its retail-specific product assortment "Emma Select" and its pan-European partnership with the interior giant JYSK, Emma now collaborates with more than 200 different retail partners worldwide.
Emma's products continue to be awarded by reputable test institutes such as Stiftung Warentest in Germany and Which? (UK). It is aiming to strengthen both retail and marketplaces teams to anchor its expansion in Latin America as well as in the US. It will also be strengthening the product team and bringing yet more new sleep innovations to market.
