What the job involves
- The Client Development Director will be responsible for growing revenue at assigned existing clients
- They will identify opportunities, marshal and align internal resources and expertise, create effective presentations, and ultimately get clients to act upon recommended solutions
- Success is defined as exceeding revenue targets for each assigned account
- You will work with other highly successful and driven team members
- An individual contributor role that is responsible for high revenue growth (20-40+% annually) by scaling existing solutions or introducing new solutions
- Manage internal and external complexity to deliver measurable business impact for client and high client satisfaction
- Create and deliver customized solution opportunities that address the client’s business needs
- Build long-term relationships with key client constituents and manage client expectations
- Identify obstacles and competitive threats, and successfully navigate them
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the Airlines, Insurance and Financial Services sectors
