What the job involves
- Leads.io is on the search for a Account Success Manager to complement our dynamic work environment
- As an Account Success Manager at Leads.io your main role will be to nurture and maintain strong relationships amongst our varied calibre of client base within a multitude of different industries
- You will work closely with a portfolio of key client accounts whilst providing exceptional customer service to non-managed accounts
- Your day will be varied, from optimising client accounts to working with various departments to foster mutual commercial growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Driving account expansion and increasing the lifetime value of our existing client base by identifying growth opportunities specific to their business goals
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of our services
- Resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Identifying blockers affecting client conversions from lead receipt to sale and providing support to drive an increase on their ROI
- Understanding conversion metrics and educating our partner base with speed to lead, contact strategy, sales, and follow-ups
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients on account performance and progress
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity relevant to clients
- Collecting payments where required and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver on client expectations
- Taking part in new and existing projects
