Senior Business Operations Associate, ResortPass

• You have strong technical skills but also can communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management
• You are comfortable in both generating insights and working with stakeholders to implement your proposed solutions
• 2+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth tech company
• Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferred
• Must be proficient with SQL and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience

• Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace
• Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders; you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmap
• Drive improvements in our operations with stakeholders across marketing, sales, account management, etc
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and financial planning for the business
