Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline or experience in software environment
- Hands-on enterprise cloud software experiences
- Experience with or understanding of agile software development methodology, e.g. Scrum
- Ability to break down complex projects and requirements into trackable milestones
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Obsession with process, deadlines and accountability
- Resourceful, detailed-oriented, self-motivated and proactive mentality
- Bilingual language skills (English / Chinese)
Desirable
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other project tracking tools
- Background in machine learning or data science
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS etc.) and/or big data infrastructure
- Skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and transparency
What the job involves
- As the sprint master, help engineering managers to conduct sprint planning, drive progress and solve issues in each sprint. Work with product and engineering managers to clarify requirements and prioritize tasks in each sprint; Drive team stand-ups to track development progress; Manage cross-team dependencies; Drive issue resolution; Organize QA testing and drive bug resolution; Work with stakeholders to deliver products on time and in high quality
- Run project statistics on task completion, team efficiency and more
- Continuously coordinate resources and projects across US and China, tracking critical dates and deliverables
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships that enable teams to operate efficiently and without friction
- Effectively anticipate and plan for risks and contingencies, proactively documenting and communicating them to stakeholders
- Drive the incident response process, handling communications and postmortems to mitigate similar problems in the future
- Facilitate and participate in regular status meetings to capture meeting minutes, drive follow-ups and prepare status reports for senior leadership

With DataVisor this becomes a non-issue, as the pattern of a non-malicious user can also be identified with speed.

For example, it is extending its analytics and fraud detection through partnership with Equifax, by gaining access to its rich consumer identity data.
