Role
Who you are
- You should have a love for closing deals and moving quickly in a tricky (but lucrative) market
- We're looking for an excited Business Development Manager who isn't afraid to stir things up to bring in new biz for our fast-growing start-up!
- You'll have at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales position where you were working in a 'noisy' market, (SaaS usually fits the bill - but other areas work too!)
- We need someone who wants to get clients on the phone (or video call), and build our brand with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in German is essential, we use English within the company, but most of our clients are in the DACH region for now
What the job involves
- We're hiring a Business Development Manager to help to grow our business, uncovering and developing new leads, closing sales deals and supporting our Commercial Director
- Working with the Commercial Director, the Business Development Manager will be a self-starter, who will develop outreach strategies, identify new opportunities and clients for MVP Match to target, and take ownership of their full sales cycle
- You’ll be the first point of contact for new business prospects, and close deals, working with the Account Management team to create a seamless handover process for our sales pipeline
