(Senior) Product Manager, HURR

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment, with end-to-end ownership of product development — from roadmap planning through to launch, testing and optimisation.
• A strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail. You bring structure to ambiguity and take pride in delivering high-quality, user-focused features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You're articulate, logical, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders — from engineers to execs.
• Commercially minded with a strong analytical toolkit. You make decisions based on data, user research and impact, combined with strong instinct.
• Adaptable and resilient. You’re energised by change and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly.

• End-to-end ownership of the HURR product — from shaping Product strategy through to execution, measurement and iteration.

• Work closely with Engineering to bring new features to life — from writing detailed specs to testing and deploying product updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless user experience and alignment across the business.
• Keep stakeholders informed of product progress and proactively surface challenges, risks or trade-offs.
• Combine user research, data insights and creative thinking to identify the highest-impact opportunities — and confidently say no to what doesn’t serve our users or goals
