Who you are

8+ years of experience in healthcare software sales, specifically selling B2B SaaS and APIs to the developer audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers
5+ years minimum of healthcare sales experience with strong relationships to national accounts
Experience with Meddic and Miller Heiman sales methodology is preferred
A track record of success in sales in startup environments over a sustained period
Deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and the challenges payers face across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business,Experience selling at the executive level (C-suite, EVP and SVP)
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management
Ability to travel as required

What the job involves

As a Sales Director focused on National Accounts, you will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and sell our clinical data APIs into large named national accounts such as Roche, CVS, Quest etc..
You will nurture existing opportunities in our sales pipeline and developing new opportunities in partnership with our inside sales team
You are a collaborative closer, that has experience selling software solutions in the healthcare industry
Responsibilities will span from driving the sales process from qualifying new prospects and managing deals to closure
Sell Health Gorilla solutions to large national accounts
Create Account Plans and strategy for each named account
Manage new customer acquisition and driving new revenue and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Create pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process
Manage complex contractual, technical, and financial details efficiently in support of the sales process
