Who you are

  • 3-5+ years of experience forging successful partnerships within the ERP technology, online payments, POS, or order management space is essential
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a valuable asset
  • A passion for the hospitality and Q-commerce industry, coupled with a deep understanding of your regional market's unique dynamics
  • A track record of crafting impactful collaborations will be a major plus
  • You're comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable partnership strategies
  • A creative mind with the ability to combine data insights with captivating storytelling to generate high-quality leads
  • Strong persuasion skills and strategic finesse ensure you can secure win-win deals that benefit all parties involved
  • You champion open communication and collaboration, breaking down barriers between teams and fostering a culture of shared success
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential

Our take

Restaurants typically work with a number of suppliers, but this can be hard to manage with antiquated and fragmented systems. Deliverect provides a way for companies to integrate online orders into their POS, streamlining the disparate aspects of food service and delivery onto one single platform.

Deliverect has over 10,000 customers, from household name like KFC and Taco Bell to younger restaurant chains like Dishoom. As one of many trying to capitalise on the rise in online food delivery, competition is hot. Deliverect has responded to this by constantly evolving and exploring migration into other sectors of hospitality.

This evolution has seen Deliverect invest in enhancing its services with more physical point of sale terminals and third-party service providers, as well as expanding into in-store management. It also acquired ChatFood, a leader in social media ordering, to solidify its already strong position.
