• 15+ years of product management experience with developer products
• 5+ years of managing a team of product managers
• Demonstrated success delivering and scaling delightful cloud products or platforms cross-functionally
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise cloud platform space and market needs
• High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using data to drive and demonstrate product success
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong verbal, written, visual communication and presentation skills

• We are now seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the team of PMs focused on critical HCP core features and services
• This is a crucial role overseeing our enterprise IAM, logging, and other core capabilities which support our customers as well as Hashicorp secure and infrastructure products
• As a manager on the Platform PM team, you will be responsible for leading strategy and delivery on strategic and business critical HCP initiatives
• You will mentor and grow a talented team of product managers
• You will partner with senior leadership, cross functional partners,l stakeholders, and customers to set the strategy, define the roadmap, and manage execution to deliver enterprise platform solutions in driving impactful business outcomes
