What the job involves

We’re seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to supplement our hiring efforts. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
This role will report directly to Rho's Head of Talent and may lead to a full-time opportunity at the end of the contract, depending on performance and business needs
Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
Source, engage, and assess top technical talent
Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts
Maintain a core KPI of 4 hires per month
