Who you are

  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in sales operations, revenue operations, or a business operations function at leading tech companies (or equivalent experience in B2B sales along with 2+ years in a general strategy, consulting, or operations role)
  • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Experience working on a global team and collaborating with global stakeholders
  • Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes
  • Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful, and gritty

What the job involves

  • As the Sales & Growth Ops Manager, you will be the strategic partner to our sales, BD and marketing
  • Your mission will be to design scalable processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of the go-to-market strategy
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will own key initiatives like territory planning, performance analysis, and cross-departmental projects, all while unlocking new growth opportunities via systems, tools, and workflows
  • Through strategic planning and operational excellence, you’ll be instrumental in driving sustainable growth and maximizing productivity
  • Help shape and implement the go-to-market strategy across YOOBIC’s global Sales and Growth organizations, conduct independent analysis of the business, gather insights, make compelling recommendations to GTM and RevOps leadership, and drive change management to improve the business in line with Sales Lead priorities
  • Own territory carving, territory updates, and other data-driven priorities in planning and execution of the business
  • Act as a Partnerships and Sales function collaborator with other Revenue Ops functions: sales operations, sales compensation, pricing, deal desk, pipeline operations
  • Build analytical dashboards in Gsheet or Discern (if skill set allows) to drive strategic business decisions
  • Work in a highly collaborative manner to drive strategy, revenue growth and scalable operations with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market functions (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing), RevOps teams (Systems & Process, Enablement), and occasionally our Product team
  • Increase Sales efficiency through different tools, automation, and templates
  • Partner with the Marketing team on multi-channel campaigns and side projects (e.g nurturing sequence, combine tailored outbound email campaigns, social ads, and website personalization...)
  • This role is critical in driving our sales and growth teams’ productivity and effectiveness

In a similar way to how Slack enables communication and task management in computer-based jobs, YOOBIC’s platform is tailored towards the front-line, deskless workforce. Beyond communication through its news feed and chat features, it also caters for HR and mobile-driven training, as well as task and inventory management.

YOOBIC is one of a number of startups targeting this underserved space, which accounts for around 80% of the global workforce. Though there’s plenty of competition from the likes of Crew and ServiceMax, YOOBIC has grown to operate in almost one hundred countries for some of the world’s biggest brands including Puma, Boots, Mazda, Domino’s, Vans, and Peloton.

With good funding at its back, YOOBIC's intention is to continue its rapid international expansion while adding more industry-specific features to its product stack.
