Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or at least 6 months of experience with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and Meta suite of tools
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (copywriting necessary)
- Experience with developing creative concepts or campaigns
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize paid campaigns
- It is an extra plus if you have experience within other Marketing aspects, such as Email, Google or other funnels
- Highly collaborative person, with the ability to communicate and partner with multiple teams and brand partners
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist who is ready to kickstart his/her career within paid social marketing

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. for your portfolio of health and fitness coaches
- Analyze performance data to ensure profitability
- Monitor and adjust BOF and TOF audience budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within social media and digital marketing advertising
- Effectively communicate wins and struggles, identify trends, and proactively recommend future strategies
- Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to develop creative campaign strategy and ensure profitability for coaches
- Ensuring steady and planned growth by following up on targets and KPIs and taking appropriate action to remain on top of these
Our take
Lenus offers health and nutrition professionals an IT platform through which they can furnish their customers with online coaching and customised workout/nutrition plans. The idea is to shoulder some of the administrative burden of running and scaling a health business: whilst individualised client sessions are growing in popularity, they’re a tough model for one coach to handle profitably.
Over recent years the company has opened subsidiary offices in Sweden, Britain, and Germany, and closed Denmark’s largest-ever Series A round - so appetite for Lenus’ services is clearly strong. This could be down, at least in part, to an increasing number of health and lifestyle coaches going independent following the shuttering of businesses over the pandemic. Plus, of course, the sustained interest in at-home services even after gyms re-opened.
Following the addition of an online coaching school supported by its Series A funding in 2021, additional investment in 2023 will help the company focus on product innovation and expanding operations internationally, with a strong emphasis on its largest market, the US.
