What the job involves

Part time
Trustly is seeking a reliable, personable part-time Workplace & Admin Coordinator to serve as the on-site point of contact at our San Francisco WeWork location
This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, supports employees with access and onboarding needs, and acts as the primary liaison with WeWork management
Manage employee access to the office (badges, key cards, visitor access requests)
Support new hire onboarding logistics (desk setup, access provisioning, welcome materials)
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Serve as the on-site go-to person for employee questions regarding the workplace/office
Act as the liaison between Trustly and WeWork community/building management (maintenance requests, amenities, building notices)
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as needed (supply orders, meeting room setup, light coordination tasks)
2 hours per day, Monday–Friday (specific time window to be confirmed)
On-site at the WeWork San Francisco location
