Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Support and IT Engineering roles with preference for additional experience in SaaS Ops/Corporate Applications positions
- Proven track record administering and integrating access/identity management tools with a primary focus on Okta. Experience with Okta Workflows (or similar), and Google Workspace are required
- Experience working with endpoint management stacks (Jamf Pro, Intune)
- Preferred: Ability to automate through scripting or coding to fill in reliability or scalability gaps

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an skilled IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint management. As a key member of our Engineering team, and strong incentives to grow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology infrastructure operates seamlessly and securely
- IAM Management - Assist the CTO and security partners in implementing, and managing Okta-based identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their identity and access needs, providing expert guidance and customized solutions
- Endpoint Management - Maintain the Company’s macOS/Windows fleet throughout their lifecycle to include initial deployment, application and operating system patching, and vulnerability management. Provide expert level guidance in managing the Company’s MDM platforms
- IT Support - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues pertaining to IT hardware, software, enterprise systems and networking
- Security Support - Assist the CTO and security partners in managing security tooling, ensuring proper deployment and monitoring
