- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech industry

What the job involves
- We’re seeking a New Business Sales professional to drive Market Logic’s global growth
- This role combines hunting for new opportunities, closing deals, and bringing energy and expertise to the team
- Your mission: to secure new accounts from top global brands, primarily in sectors like CPG, Retail, and Pharma
- You’ll excel in three key areas: identifying and qualifying leads, showcasing Market Logic’s AI-driven insights solutions, and closing deals with target businesses
- In collaboration with a business development representative and other cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute outbound strategies for key segments
- Independent Prospecting: Take charge of your pipeline by actively seeking new opportunities through cold calling, rather than waiting for leads. Persistence and professionalism are key to following up with potential clients
- Self-Motivated: As a proactive self-starter, you’ll set personal goals, track success metrics, and refine outreach strategies using data insights to achieve your targets
- Strong Prospecting: Consistently source new business by reaching decision-makers and building relationships. You’ll research potential clients, identify key contacts, and craft personalized, relevant outreach
- Persuasive Communication: Build rapport and trust with potential clients from the first interaction. You’ll confidently convey value, handle objections, and establish credibility
- Consultative Selling: Overcome objections, negotiate deals, and close sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their objectives
- Technical Fluency: Engage marketing and IT stakeholders by articulating the technical and strategic benefits of our product, including integration, data security, and how it enhances existing tech environments
Our take
The advent of big data has opened the doors to new levels of granular insight available to corporate decision makers. However, it has also generated a lot of noise. Market Logic is attempting to create a knowledge management platform that is truly useful.
Market Logic’s approach differs from other knowledge management platforms in that insights are curated for specific roles and embedded in the processes they use, resulting in more consistent insights-driven decisions.
The technology company is now looking to accelerate its growth. Having already won dozens of major corporate customers, it is setting its sights on becoming the leading software on the market.
While the company can count on the experience of engaging enterprise customers for over a decade, it must continue to push forward its product to avoid being made irrelevant by the emerging crop of technologically advanced startups in the space, such as SimilarWeb. Moves like expanding its AI Assistant product to run market insights, as it did in 2023, are definitely steps in the right direction.
