- We’re seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager, a balanced blend of strategic thinker, and hands on executor with a deep focus and obsession on driving pipelines.
- You must have proficiency in using AI tools and experience creating campaigns utilizing AI capabilities
- This is a hands-on role with a high-impact, best suited for someone who understands the cybersecurity buyer’s journey
- The ideal candidate will be adept at segmenting and engaging ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and utilizing modern tools including AI to achieve scalable results
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in cybersecurity or a technical B2B SaaS domain
- Proven track record running demand generation or outbound campaigns that resulted in meaningful pipeline
- Exceptional writing skills and understanding of how to craft persuasive campaigns for technical and executive buyers (e.g. CISOs, SOC, Threat Intel)
- Strong data and Agile mindset: you plan, organize, track, report, and optimize based on what’s working
- Must have strong brand stewardship bringing unique cultural nuances, emotional hooks and brand voice that make a campaign stand out rather than blend in
- Experience with campaign attribution, UTM tracking, and integrating lead sources across webinars, events, paid campaigns, etc
- Self-starter with creative energy, hustle, and strong ownership mentality
- Demonstrable proficiency in AI tools, Prompt engineering and iterations, AI Orchestration relevant to the job function
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with calm and clarity

What the job involves
- This role involves end-to-end ownership of campaign creation, execution, and performance with excellent tracking across outbound channels including email, social media, paid advertising, webinars, events, and more
- You’ll combine compelling storytelling with a precise data-driven approach to ensure our message effectively reaches key buyers such as CISOs, threat intelligence leads, SOC managers, and beyond
- Own and execute all multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, paid, content syndication, webinars, etc.) to drive qualified leads and pipeline
- Write, edit, and optimize campaign messaging aligned to Cyware’s ICPs and product value props. Leverage AI tool and automation capabilities to create reusable campaign messaging
- Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and popular AI-based platforms (examples may include Jasper, copy.ai, adcreative.ai, albert.ai, etc.) to design, execute, and automate campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, BDRs, Channel, and Content teams to align messaging and timing
- Must be a self starter with excellent organization skills to manage multiple priorities and keep the executive team informed and the operational teams active in achieving the campaign goals
- Track and manage leads across all inbound and outbound sources — webinars, events, paid, direct — and help unify lead journeys
- A/B test subject lines, creative, and audience segments for performance optimization
- Analyze and report on campaign performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced/sourced), and iterate quickly
- Partner with BDRs on follow-up strategies and outbound cadences aligned to campaign content. Must be proficient to train BDRs to adapt AI solutions to generate qualitative data, and ideas for a faster BDR outcome
- Maintain and grow our marketing contact database, including enrichment, segmentation, and compliance
- Execute campaign strategies developed in collaboration with the Head of Growth / Demand Gen, ensuring flawless and timely rollout across outbound, paid, and lifecycle channels
- Translate strategic goals into actionable campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables, working with content, design, and ops to bring programs to life
- Nurture the corporate Vision and the campaign theme until a desired outcome is achieved

Our take
The rise of digital threats, such as ransomware, has resulted in a huge necessity for digital threat intelligence. However, data collection has not yet been innovated on this, resulting in the success of a service being dependent on the laborious task of sifting through massive amounts of data.
Cyware provides an open-source threat intelligence package that automatically collects and analyses cyber-threat data. This provides an efficient and accessible solution for security analysts to tackle threat intelligence challenges. Ultimately, it allows them to focus on acting on resolutions, rather than analysing the data to find solutions manually.
Whilst many software companies provide cyber intelligence analytic solutions, the open-source nature of Cyware allows security analysts to collaborate. As a result, the startup provides a means to identify and prevent malicious hacking at an unprecedented rate.
