- Minimum of 6 years selling to new logo accounts for a SaaS vendor

What the job involves
- The Regional Sales Manager - DACH must be a knowledgeable, capable and charismatic leader with proven experience hunting enterprise-level net new logos, and ideally working with a scaling company in the SaaS security space
- They must be focused on meeting corporate sales, revenue, operational and strategic goals as well as the professional growth
- They will be an outstanding cross-functional team member and brand ambassador both internally and externally
- Successfully starting and growing a net new territory as the first RSM in DACH
- Defining and implementing a sales strategy for DACH
- Effectively build territory in the DACH region. Lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations and conversations with CXO- and VP-level audiences within major enterprise accounts, as well as channel partner leadership and technical stakeholders
- Strong pipeline development experience, leadership skills to independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner
- Set and manage expectations with senior stake-holders and team members
- Working tirelessly to make it easier for customers to do business with Menlo Security
- Playing a hands-on role maintaining a personal presence and high visibility in the field, and directly participating in customer activities and sales cycles in key markets and accounts
- Develop relationships with key partners for growth within their customer base
- Provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs
- Represent the products, company values and brand to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
- Take ownership of the POC/Pilot process
- Capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales management, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams

Menlo Security takes a “zero trust” approach to computer threats by isolating all of a business’s web browsing and putting it on a remote server. Instead of depending upon software to scan and search for threats, it prevents attacks from ever reaching the system. Browsing activity no longer takes place on the end user’s device, instead, it all happens on a remote cloud service which is operated by the company. This service is the largest secure web gateway in the world.
Menlo Security has focused on protecting businesses from web and email attacks, and its model means that it can be integrated with most popular browsers. A particularly appealing aspect of its service is that it doesn’t require businesses to install new software or change their approach, drastically reducing friction for users and making onboarding a far simpler experience.
Currently used by 8 out of 10 of the world's largest banks and capable of completely stopping up to 90% of threats, Menlo Security is in a strong position. It is still continuing to develop its services, however, most recently building out a range of AI-powered tools to detect and prevent phishing and ransomware attacks. Moves like this seem likely to help keep Menlo Security at the forefront of its sector.
