Role
Who you are
- A proven track record of driving growth through a winning paid social creative strategy
- A proven track record of driving significant growth through other channels, such as Conversion Rate Optimisation, CRM, Influencer, Affiliate, Print etc
- A do-er. Someone who takes action, gets stuff done and finds a way around obstacles
- A process builder - you create structures to make yourself and others around you more efficient
- Highly effective with data - can use data tools to produce detailed reports that generate real insight
- You live by test and learn methodology
- An understanding of localisation and driving growth in different countries
- Experience in Ecommerce/D2C, in a startup environment, is highly desirable
What the job involves
- You’ll report into the Director of Growth, and be responsible for managing and growing some of our key channels, such as Meta, as well as working on discovering, proving out, and scaling new opportunities across the US and UK
- Day to day, you could be working on anything from driving our ad creative strategy, running CRO tests on our website, redesigning our referral program, or scaling our affiliate channel
- You’ll be responsible for revenue, CPA and ROAS targets, and will know how to focus your time and energy to drive impact and success
- We want someone who has a great blend of creative and analytical thinking - someone who can get into the data to understand a problem or find an opportunity, but can also put themselves in the customer’s shoes and get creative about solutions and messaging
- Above all, we’re looking for a growth mindset, someone who is highly driven to succeed, a curious and fast learner, who can break down obstacles and take the initiative
