Who you are
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations, particularly in environments that require innovative and strategic thinking
- Aptitude for quickly diving into complex topics and gaining a strong enough understanding to credibly discuss them with technical audiences, such as scientists
- Experience in nature based solutions or natural capital
- Desirable: STEM academic background

What the job involves

- Discuss technical, often scientific, topics with external audiences
- Build relationships with a range of carbon removal suppliers and take ownership of contract negotiations from start to finish
- Coordinate between Isometric team members across different divisions (Science, Growth, Technology) to identify and address blockers to working with target suppliers
- We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist

The company aims to bring transparency to the carbon dioxide removal industry by building rigorous measurement and verification technology to confirm that carbon removal claims are true.
A company in its early stages, Isometric is also well positioned for future growth when looking at its CEO's track record: Eamon Jubbawy co-founded and scaled a tech company to over $100M of revenue in just a few years. It's also the recipient of one of the largest UK seed raises on record, with $25 million awarded in 2023.
