Financial Analyst, Astranis

• Up to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role (recent graduates with strong internships and an exceptional work ethic are encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundational understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to support budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Exceptional work ethic, humility, and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and partner seamlessly with non-finance teams, avoiding a heavy-handed approach
• Adaptable and flexible; comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the role will evolve and mold to your growing strengths

• Facilitate smooth communication between Finance and Engineering, ensuring financial processes are intuitive and minimally disruptive to technical workflows

• Support the broader Finance and Accounting teams during the monthly and quarterly close processes
