Who you are

This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in B2B sales—ideally within the logistics, tech, or e-commerce sectors
Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong background in logistics, technology, or e-commerce sectors
You’re fluent in both Dutch and English & French is a plus
Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles effectively
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with digital communication platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager Enterprise to lead and grow our partnerships with retail and e-commerce brands in the Netherlands
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Benelux
You’ll play a key role in driving growth through strategic partnerships, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and implementation
Lead Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with clients
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations to drive business growth
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and performance metrics
