Our take

Epirus is making waves in the defence technology industry, positioning itself as a key player in developing innovative solutions for both government and commercial markets. With this, the company is rapidly scaling its diverse product line, with a particular focus on anti-drone weaponry.

In a competitive field that includes major players like Boeing, Epirus is among the many companies racing to develop technologies to meet the growing demand for drone-zapping systems for the US Military. While each company brings its own unique approach, Epirus is betting on its microwave technology-based anti-drone platform to stand out as the preferred solution.

Backed by funding from investors like T. Rowe Price, Epirus is well-positioned to continue its leadership in the sector. The company is using its resources to refine its directed energy and power calibration technology, integrating it into a variety of electronic systems. With a focus on energy conservation and extending battery life, Epirus is shaping the future of defence solutions.
