Role

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, ideally within the professional services or SaaS for finance or treasury industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets through successful partnerships
  • Experience working with large global professional services firms (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture); familiarity with org structures and roles within such firms
  • Good understanding of the Office of the CFO and the challenges they face
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Passion for collaboration and a genuine desire to build a win-win partnership with Deloitte

What the job involves

  • Drive significant pipeline and revenue growth through some of our most strategic alliance partnerships in the US and globally
  • Continuously set and refine the joint alliance strategy, go to market plan, including specific account targeting, joint solution development (services and software) for specific market segments, marketing campaigns, and joint events
  • Enablement of alliance partner capabilities and scale to meet Kyriba’s delivery needs
  • Partner with our alliance partner’s leadership to develop and execute a joint business plan aligned with our alliance partner’s strengths and Kyriba’s target markets
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact go-to-market initiatives that unlock new revenue streams
  • Define and create content for both Kyriba and joint solutions with alliance partner that will increase and create new demand in specific market segments (e.g. enterprise liquidity solutions, industry campaigns, FX campaigns)
  • Collaborate with alliance partner and internal teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and other client-facing initiatives
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous growth
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across alliance partner, including leadership, practice leads, alliance partner’s alliance manager and sales teams
  • Manage the relationships throughout the alliance partners global team members
  • Actively participate in alliance partner events and activities to build Kyriba brand awareness and generate leads
  • Facilitate regular communication and knowledge sharing between our teams to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Facilitate key joint sales pursuits, ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliverables
  • Day to day execution of alliance priorities and project plan
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot execution roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Prepare and facilitate QBR sessions and associated reporting
  • Work with Kyriba Sales Executives to maintain an accurate joint sales pipeline for your alliance. Own and drive all aspects of operational reporting including wins, pipeline, quals, awards and any other metrics important to the alliance and key stakeholders. Ensure pipeline management cadence is occurring regularly within Kyriba and externally with alliance
  • Define and manage internal and alliance partner communication plan (e.g. weekly/monthly newsletter, sales cafés, key win messages)
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and alliance partner stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations that showcase the success and value of the partnership
