Role
Who you are
- At least 5+ years’ experience in complex B2B SaaS sales (Value Selling method or equivalent)
- Customer centric, with the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels within an organisation
- Solid track record of performance in building, managing, and converting large pipelines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent proficiency in French and fluency in English
- Genuine interest in the environmental transition
- Experience in Real Estate or ESG is a plus
What the job involves
- As part of Deepki's expansion, the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for creating and managing new sales opportunities with real estate stakeholders, helping them to gain competitive advantage and improve the performance and resilience of their assets
- Working with the Sales Team, activate the sales strategy and priorities for the business
- Position yourself as a trusted Deepki advisor within the market promoting the sale of our product and services
- Management of the full sales cycle (inc. RFPs, pitch document requests where appropriate)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set out, via the conversion of qualified leads
- Develop customer facing presentations and lead demonstrations
- Prepare and manage all pricing proposals for prospective clients
- Develop contract deliverables with the client; engage relevant internal stakeholders in this process
- Align with the Delivery Team to ensure a seamless transition from agreeing requirements / closing the sale, to onboarding
- Apply the internal information systems security policy
- Report all security incidents
- Apply operating procedures

The real estate sector is responsible for approximately 40% of the Earth’s carbon emissions; hence Deepki’s market space is both appealing for brands and urgent for the planet. Indeed, the company has seen 100% year-on-year growth over the past few years given the real estate sector’s increasing need for insight into their ESG performance.
2022 funding, co-led by One Peak and Highland Europe, will be invested into greatening Deepki’s impact by funding its support of more asset owners in combating climate change as well as accelerating its international deployment.
