Manager of Executive Administration, Magic Leap

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting senior executives, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing executive assistants
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience as both an Executive Assistant and a people manager, with a deep understanding of supporting senior executives
• Skilled in mentoring and developing team members through regular feedback and career planning
• Strong organizational abilities, including managing schedules, time off, and timesheet approvals
• Expertise in managing executive support functions such as complex scheduling, travel, meeting prep, and confidential matters
• Experience in planning and executing executive off-sites, company events, and board meetings
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and collaboration

• In this role, you'll not only manage and develop the EA team but also provide direct, high-level support to a senior executive. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless executive operations
