Role
Who you are
- You have an impactful track record as a Senior, Lead, Group or Staff Product Manager in B2B or SaaS product companies
- You have seasoned product management chops
- You have expertise with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift), a strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming systems like Kafka
- You are experienced with dashboards and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and understand how to create impactful, user-focused visualizations and reports
- You excel at translating business questions into actionable reports and have experience enabling self-service analytics through effective report-building workflows
- You have a strong technical acumen and can articulate complex technical concepts through simple storytelling
- You value deep collaboration and working in cross functional teams
- You can build alignment with opinionated stakeholders and executives easily
- You know how to strike a balance between customer needs and revenue goals
- You can think big picture, but also zoom in with attention to detail
- You are a master of tradeoffs and making great decisions quickly
- You have an ownership mindset

- As a Senior Product Manager leading this team, you’ll envision building the industry's most powerful and easy to use Data and Reporting platform for our customers, so that businesses can contextualize information, gather insights, and make great decisions
- You’ll be envisioning and shipping impactful products directly to our customers, as well as enabling other teams to do the same
- This is a highly visible role in a space that is extremely important for our customers, and mission critical for the business
- We are big enough to provide you with a great deal of scale, stability and an incredible work environment, but small enough that you can still have a huge direct impact on both our customers and our teams
- As a part of a small and diverse Product Management team you’ll be a key contributor to shape our product strategy, culture, practices and processes
- Problem solve - build the right solution for the right problem at the right time for the right user
- Establish a product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with our mission and customer needs
- Rally and align counterparts, cross-functional team, stakeholders, leaders and executives
- Execute on the roadmap through discovery and delivery while continuously balancing customer and business needs
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomes
- Influence how we price and package our solutions, and capture revenue
- Make key decisions that impact the future of the product and company
- Influence strategy and roadmap of other teams
- Engage with high profile customers and technology partners
- Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Contribute to the product culture and advocate for best practices

Boulevard is a business management platform developed to help streamline the operations of appointment-based businesses, particularly spas and hairdressers. Boulevard addresses the challenges of spas and hairdressers by designing software that makes it easier to automate workflows, scheduling, and pricing, helping drive customers through their doors.
The global spa and salon market is expected to reach a market size in excess of $215 billion by 2026. Traditionally, appointment-based businesses are heavily reliant on paperwork and receptionists, but Boulevard is looking to modernise the industry by helping drive efficiencies, profit, and better customer experience.
Boulevard is one in a sea of companies offering software to digitizing appointment-based businesses. However, the substantial funding it has raised across multiple rounds demonstrates that it has maintained traction in the market as it grows, with investment cited to go towards hiring talent and building more tools to reach a wider set of users. To bolster its offering in a competitive marketplace, Boulevard launched Boulevard Capital in 2024, a growth funding platform for businesses that use its booking software.
