The company's science-backed psychometric assessments disrupt the candidate selection process by putting more value on "soft-skills". The tests generate behavioural insights, and can be used to reduce the barriers to entry for talent, widen hiring pools, increase excellence, and save both time and money for recruiting companies.
Arctic Shores has attracted customers including the likes of BBC, PwC, Siemens and Capita, and has partnered with other innovators in the space including SmartRecruiters and Teamtailor. Considerable funds raised by the company will enable it to expand across Europe, delivering more productive, engaged recruiters, and faster, fairer hires.
