Who you are
- Your experience should include:
- Swift & SwiftUI
- The Composable Architecture (TCA)
- Swift Concurrency (async/await)
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, reusability, and design patterns
- Codebase modularization through Swift Packages
- Experience with unit testing and snapshot testing frameworks
- Experience with Unidirectional Data Flow
- 5+ years of experience as an iOS Engineer
Desirable
- Experience with Blockchain Technologies
- Familiarity with iOS security frameworks such as Keychain Services, CryptoKit, and Security.framework
- Experience with penetration testing, security assessment, or threat modelling
- Implementing and maintaining Design Systems
- Curiosity about exploring and applying AI to improve workflows and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables

- Our iOS team consists of four engineers and is a key part of our 14-person mobile team, which also includes Android developers, QA testers, designers, and two product managers
- We are passionate about crafting exceptional products by combining robust software architecture, thoughtful design, and seamless user experiences
- Open and continuous communication is core to how we work, enabling us to challenge and refine our ideas as a team to shape the best possible outcomes for our users
- We embrace unidirectional data flow principles, with The Composable Architecture serving as the core of our codebase
- This approach ensures consistency, scalability, and a clear structure, enabling us to build features that are both robust and maintainable
- As early movers in the space, weāre building an onchain banking alternative on Starknetās cutting-edge tech
- At Ready, youāll build what others wonāt, work on high-impact problems, and use AI and powerful tools not just to ship fastābut to grow and excel as part of the team
- Play a key role in shaping the leading wallet in crypto and fintech, setting new benchmarks for innovation and user experience
- This involves making significant contributions throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shipping features rapidly in an agile environment

Our take
The public popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing, but the level of sophistication required is holding back mainstream adoption, and concepts like seed phrases and cold wallets have meant crypto has stayed mainly within technology-savvy communities. To open the space up to more users, Argent have created a smart wallet which feels more like logging into your bank account, where people can buy, earn, stake, and trade on Ethereum Layer 2.
Argent's pull is in its consumer-friendly, non-intimidating approach. It boasts low fees, high speeds, and quality security, alongside all the functions of saving, sending, borrowing, earning interest, and investing. Additionally, users can assign Argent Guardians in the form of trusted persons, third-party services, or hardware wallets, that can approve account recovery or untrusted transactions, but do not have access to their assets, instead of having to remember a key.
With the underlying wallet infrastructure in place, Argent has plans to build a Super App combining numerous DeFi and Web 3.0 features including virtual real estate, gaming, and NFTs. The company has seen growing demand from Latin America, and will begin expansion into the region with entry into Mexico.
