• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, event-based datasets

• You will sit at the center of product, engineering, and customer outcomes, translating raw voice intelligence into clear, actionable insights that shape what we build next

• Help turn data into decisions, not just dashboardsPerform deep-dive analysis investigating things like changes in usage, retention, or error patterns and explore ‘what-if’ scenarios to assess potential drivers and outcomes
